Order Tracking
Before you continue...we have
'Order Tracking' but the 'Tracking icon/links' on this site do not operate...I
will be forwarding 'Tracking info' as I get it.
Important Note:
To insure you receive your
'Receipt and Shipping Information', be sure to ADD our email address
(aaronsmyo@yahoo.com) to your Address Book of the email server that you use,
otherwise subsequent emails concerning your order may be redirected to
your 'spam or bulk mail'.
Why have I been charged before my order ships?
It has always been our policy to charge at "point
of order", following are the reasons: When setting up the 'electronic' banking
I was presented with two options; will we be "All Sales are Final" or not?!?
Each comes with it's own set of variables.
In an effort to 'streamline' the
process (automation), I chose the "All sales are Final" option
which charges cards at the 'point of sale' as opposed to after
shipping which creates a few more processing steps before 'closing',
meaning more work and book-keeping on my part, more work on my part equates to
higher cost etc., all 'time' related, 2-3 days vs. 5-7!
In the event you choose to cancel,
I just submit a 'return' to your card...providing your order has not shipped.
Pre-paying also guarantees placement
in the "holding" queue, relevent to 'order date', when products are in
'back-order' status, especially now with tobacco being so contraversial and
availability being so erratic. Expediance is also the same reason why I have
'set' shipping rates as opposed to 'weighted', as all orders are shipped
'directly' from the distributor in New Jersey, otherwise there would be a week
or more waiting on 'shipping rate' from them.
In summary, it's all about
streamlining "time vs. costs", which works to both our advantages, as the
'less' time I spend, the lower the 'overhead', lower price to the you.

New RULE:/
We can no longer ship the
following products into the state of Michigan:

Iceberg tobacco
Also, as a reminder,
we can not
ship the following products to consumers in the following states:
Maine-
ALL tobacco products, pipes, papers, accessories.
Montana-
ALL tobacco products
Washington-
ALL tobacco products
Arizona-
All tobacco products.
Oregon-Has
some new Tax surcharge, that we're not quite sure of yet...as a result, We
don't ship there.
ATTN: New Jersey & New
Hampshire Residents:
Your States
currently have taxes being applied in addition to any other tax per lb.
As we do not have the capability of
automating these additional calculations during the 'Check-out' process, we
have incorporated an additional step, which is explained in detail in the
following link.

We
apologize for any inconvenience..
It is our 'Policy' on "Out of Stock or Back-Orders"
to 'HOLD' the order and then ship upon receipt...all notifications are
'emailed', so make sure to add aaronsmyo@yahoo.com to your 'acceptable' email
list/ addressbook.
Generally "ALL SALES are
FINAL"...we have been known to make exception, however once UPS
or FedX have possession, any returns at that point are subject to a 20%
'Restocking Fee' and 'Shipping/Handling Fees' are Non-Refundable

All Products are "DROP-SHIPPED" to your door DIRECTLY from the distributor, HJ Bailey, that we use exclusively, removing the HASSLE of driving and navigating the
crowds at your local Malls and Shops!
We ship ONLY within the United
States, Hawaii and Alaska.
We cannot ship to a PO Box, you
must supply a street address.
All orders are shipped UPS or Fed-X ground, due to our
arrangement with the Distributor, your cost remains a set standard, regardless
of weight.
Standard Shipping: $11.50 per order (within the 48
continental states) Estimated delivery, usually 5 to 7 business days following processing*
Due to the 'increased costs' for Drop-Shipping,
all orders under $50.00 will incur an additional 'Handling' fee of $5.00.
Additional Shipping of $68.00 will
be added for shipments (Total 0f $79.50) to Alaska and
Hawaii, as these orders are all shipped "Second Day Air".
Any additional shipping cost incurred due to weight will be
absorbed by us past our 'STANDARD' rates.
* We need a little time to process and assemble your order before we
actually ship it. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total
delivery time.
* Our warehouses do not ship Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Also know that all credit card purchases will be verified "Securely"
through "ECI-Pay and Elavon" to prevent fraudulent use of your card.

Money Orders are more expediant as they don't require the 'clearing'
time that a check would. Upon clearing, your order will be processed
and generally ship within 5-7 days.
