New Hampshire Tobacco Tax

New NH TobaccoTax effective July, 2009-TBD

Due to the Distributor automatically deducting this TAX from OUR business account on all orders to New Hampshire and as I can't figure out how to automate this process without it taxing the 'entire' bill, I ask that you do it by adding the appropriate tax for the amount of tobacco you order. There are 2 choices, pound(lb) and ounce(oz)...2 lbs of tobacco-2 lbs of tax, 2 1/2 lbs of tobacco-2 lbs + 8 oz tax. If you come up with an 'odd' amount...go ahead and take the "Benefit of the Doubt" in your favor...beleive me, if it's way wrong I'll be getting back to you.... "New Hampshire Tobacco Tax" @ $6.15 per lb. ($.39 per oz.), ( not as hefty as NJ!). Also be aware that these figures could change dependant on your State's Legislature! I realize it's an inconvenience, though a tiny one and we truly appreciate your tolerance and participation. Obviously if you forget or miscalculate, there will be a slight delay in processing as you will be notified before your order will be processed for shipping.
